How do I change my plan?
Profile → My plan. Change your level, goals, equipment, days or injuries and your plan updates.
How do I change my calorie and macro targets?
Nutrition → Your targets → Macro calculator, or type your own numbers in My targets.
How do I hide calories?
Nutrition → Your targets → Hide.
I forgot my password
On the log-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the email.
Can I use GlowzEra at home?
Yes. Choose Home or Both when you set up, and your plan only uses the equipment you have.
How do I track a run?
Home or Cardio → Go for a run or walk. Allow location while tracking.
Delete your account
In the app: Profile → Privacy & data → Delete my account. This permanently deletes your account and all your data. Can't get into the app? Email support@glowzera.site from your account email and we'll delete it for you.
