By creating an account or using GlowzEra, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Who can use GlowzEra
You must be 16 or older. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens on your account.
2. Not medical advice
GlowzEra gives general fitness and nutrition information, including workout plans and estimated calorie and macro targets. It is not medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian. Check with a health professional before starting a new exercise or eating plan, especially if you have an injury or health condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
3. Exercise safely
Exercise has risks. Warm up, use weights you can control, use equipment properly and stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or shortness of breath. You exercise at your own risk.
4. Estimates
Calories, macros, distances and other numbers in the app are estimates. We work hard to make them accurate, but we can't guarantee them.
5. Using the app fairly
Don't misuse GlowzEra: no hacking, copying or reselling the app, and no using it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Your content and our app
The data you enter belongs to you. The GlowzEra name, logo, design and content belong to us.
7. Changes and availability
We may update the app and these terms. We'll let you know about important changes. We try to keep GlowzEra running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account any time in Profile → Privacy & data → Delete my account.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for injury, loss or damage from using the app or relying on its information.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
